We loved how close this place was to a fjord. The peace all around was perfect for unwinding after our night outings. Being a stone's throw away from farmland added to the charm. The breakfast spread was excellent, with fresh options that fueled us for our adventures.
The restaurant wasn't open , which limited our options for dining nearby.

The room was clean and comfy, perfect for a restful night. It had a nice view of the mountains and water, a huge plus. The walls seemed a bit thin though, so I could hear the hallway noises. A solid choice for a quick stay.

Homey place overall, it is clean, location is stunning and amazing close to a farm. The room is beautifully decorated and with coffee and tea/coffee. The hotel is conveniently located and very close to Iceland in 10 days, the eastern shore of Iceland's largest fjord, and Akureyri and Lake Myvatn.

Such a very good stay for the price. Lots of savoury food for meals. Absolutely perfect and excellent affordable hotel location just off Akureyri and Lake Myvatn, both the sea and the mountains, and the nature.

Perfect for peace lovers
The Northern Lights were TRANSFORMATIVE! Woke up to a knock, opened the curtains, and BAM-there they were, twisting and glowing like something outta this world. The breakfast was a feast-so many choices! Cheese, bread, pastries,. And it was all fresh, a great way to start the day.
Not exactly cheap, but still reasonable for the experience we had.
